Russia Is Still NWO's Bogey No.1!

Three Articles; Three Reasons; Three Sources - One Conclusion: Nothing Much Has Changed Since the End of the "Cold War" Except That Perfidy Is Now a Global Trait

Topic: RUSSIAN AFFAIRS

--------------------------------------

TiM EDITOR'S NOTE: To reduce the complexity of geopolitical issues covered in this TiM GW Bulletin, and for ease of comprehension, we've made this Bulletin a three-part series. In this first segment, we introduce the other two parts, and provide a perspective on Russia's position within the New World Order based on our past and recent reports.

In the second segment, we bring you some excerpts from a 1995 book, "Secret Forces in the History of Russia," excerpts from which have just been translated into English by Mr. Yuriy Kirienko. We also provide our analysis and commentary of the materials it presents.

In the third part, we analyze a paper by Dr. Sergey Yuriyevich Glazyev, a Russian economist, who recently reviewed a book by Zbigniew Brzezinski, "Geostrategy for Europe." We also provide our overall conclusions.

PHOENIX - For over two-and-a-half years now, we have been saying in a multitude of articles and speeches that Russia continues to be the bogey, the Enemy No. 1 of the New World Order, just as it was when the Soviet, rather than the NWO elite, ruled and plundered her. We had even provided maps illustrating how Russia may be eventually dismembered if it allows its quislings to lead this predominantly Christian country down the current disastrous path (see "Russia's Strategic Position," TiM Bulletin 95-15, 12/14/95, "Three NWO Rings Around Russia," TiM GW Bulletin 97-04, 5/06/97, and this writer's WASHINGTON TIMES column, "Plutocrats of the New World Order," 5/09/97).

In the last month or so, two geopolitical reports - one originating in New York and the other in Sankt Petersburg - have independently corroborated our analyses and conclusions. So to paraphrase Goldfinger from the famous James Bond movie by the same title, "Mr. Bond, we have a saying in Chicago - once is a happenstance; twice is a coincidence; the third time - it's enemy action!" What's happening to Russia certainly qualifies as "enemy action."

The New York-based source, Zbigniew Brzezinski, the former National Security Advisor in the Carter Administration, is at the very heart of the NWO elite. In his 1970 book, "Between Two Ages," Brzezinski praised Marxism "disseminated on the popular level as Communism," and advocated linking North America, Western Europe and Japan. His idea of a One World government so inspired David Rockefeller, the linchpin of the NWO elite, that this former Chase Manhattan Bank chairman launched the Trilateral Commission in 1973, and hired Brzezinski away Columbia University to run it. Since that time, Brzezinski has been a sort of an ideologue for the Wall Street globalists who provides "scientific theories" to justify their brutal neo-colonial power grabs.

On Oct. 24, a Moscow newspaper, Nezavisimaya Gazeta, published some excerpts from Brzezinski's new book, "Geostrategy for Europe," in which he openly advocates aggression against Russia, according to a Nov. 18 commentary in the same paper by Dr. Sergey Yuriyevich Glazyev, a Russian economist. Later on in this report, we will analyze some of the conclusions which Glazyev reached, as well as point out some important items he had missed.

The Sankt Petersburg-based source is Dr. Yuriy Konstantinovich Begunov, an accomplished writer, historian and linguist. He had worked for 40 years at the Institute of Russian Literature (the "House of Pushkin") of the Russian Academy of Sciences (and Arts?). Through his contacts among the Russian scientists, Begunov got a glimpse of the Soviet power structure from within.

In the second segment, we bring you some excerpts from his 1995 book, "Secret Forces in the History of Russia," excerpts from which have just been translated into English by Mr. Yuriy Kirienko. Begunov tells a chilling tale of how the destruction of Russia had been planned right at the very top of the Kremlin hierarchy. He leaves us guessing, however, as to where the orders came from for Mikhail Gorbachev to do what he did when he came to power in 1985.

Those of you who have not been following our analyses since our first article on the topic of enslaving and subjugating Russia - "Taming the Russian Bear" (TiM Bulletin 96-05, 4/18/95) - may find it shocking to see how closely the NWO/Wall Street and Kremlin elites' plans have been matching up over the years. Which is why we first provide some contextual background based on our past reports before analyzing the latest Glazyev and Begunov articles.

As you read the following materials, keep in mind, however, that none of our conclusions came from some secret "insider" sources. They were all based on publicly available information, provided, of course, that one knew where to look; what questions to ask; and how to connect the seemingly unrelated data points, both in space and in time.

FROM: "Taming the Russian Bear" (TiM Bulletin 96-05, 4/18/95):

"Napoleon tried it. It didn't work. Bismarck eventually also gave up on the idea. The German Kaiser and the Hapsburg Emperor, as well as later Adolf Hitler, fought two world wars in this century alone pursuing the 'Drang Nach Osten' ('Eastward Thrust') goal. They also failed.

Yet kicking Russia out of Europe is still the objective of the U.S. developed, and Washington and Berlin executed, strategy - thinly veiled under the 'Partnership for Peace' slogan."

In the same piece, we also noted that "already, no less than 18 former Soviet dominions have turned into American/German minions," i.e., the NWO vassals. They were conquered by "dollars and (German) marks, instead of bullets and bombs." The NWO objective? "Projecting its power deep into the soft underbelly of the former Russian empire," we said.

Your may have noticed that this article was written in April 1995 - well before there was much public talk about NATO's expansion into Eastern Europe, either in the U.S. or in Russia.

FROM: "The 'Green Interstate:' NATO's 'Iron Ring' to Replace the Soviets' 'Iron Curtain'" (TiM Bulletin 95-15, 12/14/95).

After describing a confluence of NATO's and Islamic strategic interests in the Balkan section of the "Green Interstate," a Muslim ethnic highway which runs from Bihac (in western Bosnia) to Karachi (in Pakistan), we concluded: "So the Bosnian war has been about NATO's new 'Iron Ring' around Russia's neck, replacing the Soviets' 'Iron Curtain'."

FROM: "The Demo Farce and the American Century" - a WASHINGTON TIMES column, 11/17/96), also available in Russian translation (published by Moscow's ZAVTRA, Dec/96)

"...Back in the early 1970s, the Soviets were seen as the 'bogeys' (even though they were actually akin to the Western globalists in their quest for power at any cost and by any means). The Evil Empire's communists were used as targets for what has been an anti-Eastern Christian Orthodoxy U.S.-led globalist campaign all along by the West. And which continues today, according to Vladimir Bondarenko, a Russian writer and deputy editor of a Moscow opposition paper, 'ZAVTRA' ('Tomorrow'), who spoke on Nov. 3 at a meeting in Phoenix.

'The Marxism/Communism ideology was a western invention which the West planted into Russia, and then used it as a cover for launching an all-out campaign against the Eastern Orthodox Christians,' he said.

If Bondarenko is right, and if the Western industrials' anti-Eastern Christian Orthodoxy policy has been one of the constants of the 20th century, then hundreds of millions of good people, the law-abiding, God-fearing Americans and other western Christians have been duped. They've been fooled (by one communist gang, such as NWO's Brzezinski et. al.) into fighting 'communism' - a 'bogus bogey,' over the backs of their Eastern Orthodox Christian brothers and sisters. And on behalf of our real enemies - the Godless industrial globalists (a rival gang)."

FROM: "Eastern Europe Thrives, Except for Russia" (Annex Bulletin 96-55, 12/06/96)

"...Nowhere was the disparity between the words and deeds greater than in the case of Russia, a country whose President, Boris Yeltsin, shot his own people in October 1993, ostensibly 'in the name of democracy.' Meanwhile, the leaders of China shot their own people because they thirsted democracy.

One would assume, therefore, that Russia would be swimming in the democracy-promoting multinationals’ gold, while China would be struggling to catch up to Cuba, a nation devastated by the U.S. supposedly because of its communist, anti-democratic stance.

Well, think again. This is Planet Earth, not Planet Hollywood. This is where Greed, not Fancy, reigns supreme. During the 1990s, according to UNCTAD, Russia received a grand total of $2.7 billion of foreign investments. China got $118 billion! It's game, set and match - to borrow a tennis expression. Dictatorships and totalitarianism won over democracy and freedom."

FROM: "The Plutocrats of the New World Order" (WASHINGTON TIMES column, 5/09/97), and TiM GW Bulletin 97-04, 5/06/97)

"...Such a vast discrepancy in treatment of the two countries by the 'international community' appears to be part of a deliberate anti-Russian policy by the NWO architects. The policy has three prongs.

russia-2.jpg (83846 bytes)

On Russia's western frontier, the NWO is trying to build an iron-ring around Russia's European neck through the NATO expansion. At the same time, the NWO architects had counted on China to act as their proxy keeping Russia in check on her eastern frontier as the second prong of their anti-Russian policy. Which is why China got the Western money and the MFN (Most Favored Nation) status, despite its extensive human rights abuses, and its increasingly strident anti-American stance.  The third prong of NWO's anti-Russian policy is its support for the Islamic nations along Russia's southern underbelly - not only, Turkey, a NATO member, but also a number of new Islamic "countries" which the NWO carved out of the former Soviet Union (Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan etc.).

Kazakhstan, for example, received more Western investments in the 1990s ($1.5 billion) than did the (predominantly Orthodox Christian) nations of Belarus, Ukraine, Romania and Bulgaria - COMBINED!

The Chechnyan war was another example of how the NWO used Islamic nationalists as its proxies in destabilizing and weakening the Orthodox Christian societies, while plundering their resources."

FROM: "Democratic sop for masses" (WASHINGTON TIMES column, 10/26/97), and "Russia Is Still the Bogey!," TiM Bulletin 97-10, 11/06/97)

"...During the 1990-1996 period, China received $158 billion in foreign investments from multinational companies, the 'Princes of the 20th century,' who now carry out government policy. That's about $40 million per head of each killed Chinese pro-democracy demonstrator.

...Students of history will realize that this is not the first time that such a concentration of capital and political power has occurred. It also happened, for example, during the heydays of the industrial revolution in England... Much of what had taken place in Britain in the 18th and 19th century is now happening worldwide under the NWO banner.

Over a century ago, the rich got richer; the poor got poorer. The resulting social injustices gave birth to ideologies such as Marxism and Communism. They also led to several revolutions and two world wars. Unless we reverse the course, we are facing similar prospects now."

Now with this as a preamble intended to provide some context and background information for the following two segments, this series will continue with our examination of a chapter from the book, "Secret Forces in the History of Russia," excerpts from which have just been translated into English by Mr. Yuriy Kirienko.
