PHOENIX, ARIZONA ------------------------------- Topic: RUSSIAN AFFAIRS --------------------------------------
PHOENIX - For over two-and-a-half years now, we have been saying in a multitude of articles and speeches that Russia continues to be the bogey, the Enemy No. 1 of the New World Order, just as it was when the Soviet, rather than the NWO elite, ruled and plundered her. We had even provided maps illustrating how Russia may be eventually dismembered if it allows its quislings to lead this predominantly Christian country down the current disastrous path (see "Russia's Strategic Position," TiM Bulletin 95-15, 12/14/95, "Three NWO Rings Around Russia," TiM GW Bulletin 97-04, 5/06/97, and this writer's WASHINGTON TIMES column, "Plutocrats of the New World Order," 5/09/97). In the last month or so, two geopolitical reports - one originating in New York and the other in Sankt Petersburg - have independently corroborated our analyses and conclusions. So to paraphrase Goldfinger from the famous James Bond movie by the same title, "Mr. Bond, we have a saying in Chicago - once is a happenstance; twice is a coincidence; the third time - it's enemy action!" What's happening to Russia certainly qualifies as "enemy action." The New York-based source, Zbigniew Brzezinski, the former National Security Advisor in the Carter Administration, is at the very heart of the NWO elite. In his 1970 book, "Between Two Ages," Brzezinski praised Marxism "disseminated on the popular level as Communism," and advocated linking North America, Western Europe and Japan. His idea of a One World government so inspired David Rockefeller, the linchpin of the NWO elite, that this former Chase Manhattan Bank chairman launched the Trilateral Commission in 1973, and hired Brzezinski away Columbia University to run it. Since that time, Brzezinski has been a sort of an ideologue for the Wall Street globalists who provides "scientific theories" to justify their brutal neo-colonial power grabs. On Oct. 24, a Moscow newspaper, Nezavisimaya Gazeta, published some excerpts from Brzezinski's new book, "Geostrategy for Europe," in which he openly advocates aggression against Russia, according to a Nov. 18 commentary in the same paper by Dr. Sergey Yuriyevich Glazyev, a Russian economist. Later on in this report, we will analyze some of the conclusions which Glazyev reached, as well as point out some important items he had missed. The Sankt Petersburg-based source is Dr. Yuriy Konstantinovich Begunov, an accomplished writer, historian and linguist. He had worked for 40 years at the Institute of Russian Literature (the "House of Pushkin") of the Russian Academy of Sciences (and Arts?). Through his contacts among the Russian scientists, Begunov got a glimpse of the Soviet power structure from within. In the second segment, we bring you some excerpts from his 1995 book, "Secret Forces in the History of Russia," excerpts from which have just been translated into English by Mr. Yuriy Kirienko. Begunov tells a chilling tale of how the destruction of Russia had been planned right at the very top of the Kremlin hierarchy. He leaves us guessing, however, as to where the orders came from for Mikhail Gorbachev to do what he did when he came to power in 1985. Those of you who have not been following our analyses since our first article on the topic of enslaving and subjugating Russia - "Taming the Russian Bear" (TiM Bulletin 96-05, 4/18/95) - may find it shocking to see how closely the NWO/Wall Street and Kremlin elites' plans have been matching up over the years. Which is why we first provide some contextual background based on our past reports before analyzing the latest Glazyev and Begunov articles. As you read the following materials, keep in mind, however, that none of our conclusions came from some secret "insider" sources. They were all based on publicly available information, provided, of course, that one knew where to look; what questions to ask; and how to connect the seemingly unrelated data points, both in space and in time. FROM: "Taming the Russian Bear" (TiM Bulletin 96-05, 4/18/95):
In the same piece, we also noted that "already, no less than 18 former Soviet dominions have turned into American/German minions," i.e., the NWO vassals. They were conquered by "dollars and (German) marks, instead of bullets and bombs." The NWO objective? "Projecting its power deep into the soft underbelly of the former Russian empire," we said. Your may have noticed that this article was written in April 1995 - well before there was much public talk about NATO's expansion into Eastern Europe, either in the U.S. or in Russia. FROM: "The 'Green Interstate:' NATO's 'Iron Ring' to Replace the Soviets' 'Iron Curtain'" (TiM Bulletin 95-15, 12/14/95). After describing a confluence of NATO's and Islamic strategic interests in the Balkan section of the "Green Interstate," a Muslim ethnic highway which runs from Bihac (in western Bosnia) to Karachi (in Pakistan), we concluded: "So the Bosnian war has been about NATO's new 'Iron Ring' around Russia's neck, replacing the Soviets' 'Iron Curtain'." FROM: "The Demo Farce and the American Century" - a WASHINGTON TIMES column, 11/17/96), also available in Russian translation (published by Moscow's ZAVTRA, Dec/96)
FROM: "Eastern Europe Thrives, Except for Russia" (Annex Bulletin 96-55, 12/06/96)
FROM: "The Plutocrats of the New World Order" (WASHINGTON TIMES column, 5/09/97), and TiM GW Bulletin 97-04, 5/06/97)
FROM: "Democratic sop for masses" (WASHINGTON TIMES column, 10/26/97), and "Russia Is Still the Bogey!," TiM Bulletin 97-10, 11/06/97)
Now with this as a preamble intended to provide some context and background information for the following two segments, this series will continue with our examination of a chapter from the book, "Secret Forces in the History of Russia," excerpts from which have just been translated into English by Mr. Yuriy Kirienko.
