Perhaps it is time once again for us take a good look at ourselves on this Fourth of
July and ask: Do the principles embodied in the Declaration of Independence of 1776 still
apply today? And if not, how might an American Declaration of Independence
2010 read?

When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one
people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them to their leaders disloyal
to the common good of the nation, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the
separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a
decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes
which impel them to renounce their unlawful Government.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created
equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among
these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights,
Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the
governed. That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is
the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying
its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall
seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.
Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established
should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience has
shown that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right
themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.
But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing
invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is
their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for
their future security.
Such has been the patient sufferance of these United States of
America; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems
of Government. The history of the present president,
Barack Obama and the former presidents George W.
Bush, William J. Clinton, is a
history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the
establishment of an absolute Tyranny of the New World Order globalist elite over these
States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.
They have refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and
necessary for the public good, such as the people's Constitutional right to bear arms.
They have pressured Congress to pass Laws of immediate and pressing
importance, such as the "fast track" legislation in 1997, or China
trade bill of 2000, or the new proposed
immigration law which would legalize the illegals
- which are contrary to
the interests of the American people, and only benefit the New World Order globalist
elite.
They have misused the public funds set aside to defend the American
Dollar to bail out his New World Order globalist elite backer's failed investments in
corrupt foreign states (e.g., Mexico, Indonesia, Brazil),
and wage wars based on false pretenses and
falsified intelligence, such as the non-existent WMD (Weapons of Mass
Destruction) in Iraq. As result, they have put millions of American
lives at risk at home, and caused unnecessary deaths of thousands of
American soldiers who fell on foreign soil defending interests of
foreign nations and foreign and domestic corporatations.
They have called together international globalist legislative bodies at places unusual,
uncomfortable, and distant from the American public, such as the WTO
meeting in Seattle, WA, or the IMF conference in Washington, DC, or the
G20 meetings in Toronto, London and Pittsburgh - for the
sole purpose of fatiguing the people into compliance with his measures
while stripping them of their liberties and property.
They have also caused death and injury to many
protesters.
They have threatened to dismiss
or intimidate Representatives repeatedly, for
opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people, such as the gun
control legislation, or the Echelon spying system, or
the foreign wars in Iraq, Afghanistan and
elsewhere.
He has endeavored to change the demographic population of these
States by opening the floodgates to alien immigration, legal or illegal, from all corners
of the Earth but the traditional source of American immigrants - Europe.
They have obstructed the Administration of Justice, by having his
Attorney General refuse her Assent to Special Counsels establishing Judiciary powers to
control the illegal fund-raising activities of political parties and of close associates.
They have violated the rights to privacy of
American citizen with illegal and unconstitutional electronic
eavesdropping. And they have prosecuted domestic and foreign
nationals outside of the due process of law as required by the American
Constitution.
They have disgraced the highest office in the land; lied under oath;
and obstructed the Administration of Justice.
They have and
their New World Order globalist backers
have then intimidated a sufficient number of Senators to prevent
President Clinton from being impeached.
They have made Judges dependent on his Will alone, such as Judge
Paul Friedman, whom he appointed in 1994, and who supported him against 26 legally duly
House Representatives claims against his illegal, undeclared and unconstitutional war on a
countries which have done us no harm (Yugoslavia, Iraq).
At the same time, they have ignored the war crimes
and civil rights violations against the civilians by the states that
have received hundreds of billions of dollars of American aid, such as
Israel or Egypt. They have also invited states that discriminate
against women, minorities and restrict religious freedom, such as Saudi
Arabia, to sit at the same table as equal partners of American people
and other G20 nations.
They have erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms
of Officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance, including the audits by the IRS of the two women who have accused
one William Clinton of
sexual harassment, and of some other people
who have publicly opposed our foreign wars.
They have kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies, which
they have dispatched to over 33 countries around the world without the consent of our
legislatures.
They have affected to render the Military independent of and
superior to the Civil power, by appointing loyal political friends and generals, such
as William Cohen or Wesley Kanne Clark, to positions of supreme military power.
And they have dismissed those generals who showed
independent thought and concern for injury to innocent foreign
civilians, such as Gen. Stanley McChrystal, and who publicly criticized
the incompetence and meddling of President's civilian advisors,
including vice president Joe Biden.
They have combined with others in the New World Order globalist
elite to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our Constitution and unacknowledged by
our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation, such as the United
Nations Charter, and since 1999, the G20 and
G8 elitist groups.
They have usurped our Government and
are waging War against us, the
American People. They have
plundered our seas, ravaged our Coasts, burnt our towns, and
destroyed the lives of our people, killing innocent citizens, including women and
children, such as at Waco or Ruby Ridge.
They have abdicated Sovereign Governments worldwide by declaring
them out of his Protection and is waging War against them,
being loyal only to those powerful business
individuals who aspire to create a one-world government to which
sovereign nations, including the United States, would be subordinate.
They have plundered the Sovereign seas, ravaged the Sovereign
Coasts, burnt the Sovereign towns, and destroyed the lives of the Sovereign people,
including those with friendly dispositions to the United States of America.
They are at this time transporting large Armies of American and
foreign Mercenaries to complete the works of death, desolation and tyranny, already begun
with circumstances of cruelty and perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages,
and totally unworthy the Head of a civilized nation.
They have constrained our fellow Citizens taken Captive on the high
Seas to bear Arms against their Country, to become the executioners of their friends and
Brethren, or to fall themselves by their Hands - the eternal disgrace of these United
States of America.
In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for
Redress in the most humble terms. Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by
repeated injury. A Prince, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a
Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.
We, therefore, the People of the United States of America, in
General Virtual Congress, assembled on the Internet, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the
world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by the authority of the
good People of these Colonies, solemnly publish and declare.
That these United States are, and of Right ought to be Free and
Independent States; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the treasonous
New World Order Government in Washington, including all Congressional representatives who have betrayed
the People who sent them to Washington, in favor of serving the New World Order
Princes:
That as Free and Independent United States, they have full Power
to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce;
And to do all other Acts and Things which Independent States may
of right do;
And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on
the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our
Fortunes, and our sacred Honor;
The Signers of the Declaration and the States they
represent."
